Hi Everyone. Well, its been an uneventful week.....THANKFULLY! Been burning up the road in the Pace Taxi....going to this practice, that practice and therapy, too. Looking forward to getting out a bit for Handy Week. As usual, Terry pipes up with the funniest things.....this week was Lima Beans! :) We had them for dinner one night and out the words came. This was the first time (not counting the Oh Gods that pop out) that he said two words together. Cant believe that I forgot to tell his speech therapist....I KNOW shell giggle when I do. We are now working on keyboarding.....focusing on words he can type on the left side of the keyboard. Hes doing very well at it. We have also got a subscription to the Times Daily......NEVER thought hed want one, but it was his idea. He looks forward to getting it each day. Not sure how much he is understanding, but NEVER underestimate the power of Terry!!! We got a dreaded phone call this morning. Ronald Pace and Betty Roden Pace had to make the hard decision to put our sweet Demetrius to sleep. Terry, the kids and I met Ron & Betty for the burial. Many tears were shed, but he is not in pain anymore. Im sure hes romping with his parents and siblings in Doggy Heaven. Rest in Peace sweet boy, we love you. We are now enjoying a quiet afternoon with Bogey & Bacall. Yall have a wonderful weekend and well look for you next week at Handy events! Much Love!! Anita
