Hi Everyone, find below a description of what SGF is all about: SMART GHANA FOUNDATION (SGF) is a non-profit, development oriented and results focused organisation that seeks to Educate, Empower and Nurture the Capabilities (EENC) of students within the broad educational spectrum in Ghana. SGF thus creates a platform to enlighten students on the importance of tertiary education and takes pride in empowering and nurturing them for personal, regional and national development. Our focus on Education, Empowering and Nurturing Capabilities (EENC) comes off as a result of the shortfall in both the private and governmental sectors to develop a specific educational policy focussed on addressing the specific needs of the Ghanaian Student. Currently, our efforts in the Northern part of Ghana have produced desired results and have indeed revealed the necessity of this organisation. Our career guidance package has made some students recognise the numerous options available to them and thus helping them make desired choices into tertiary institutions in Ghana. We are of a strong conviction that to exhume the true potentials of the Ghanaian student, a lot of education, guidance and support is necessary.
