Hi Everyone please read: Auction of Promises – Saturday May 24th What is it & how does it work? This is a fundraising event, where as many people as possible offer a service or their time or even specialist skill – anything from car (or caravan) washing to babysitting, cooking to carpentry, fishing to water-skiing lessons even baking a cake!!. It can be done from an individual or from a group of people or even maybe a Bay can offer a promise. Once all these “Promises” are offered we gather in the Club on the night of 24th May and our members bid for the items on offer. We will also be advertising these both in the office and through email etc in case people want to start bidding for these before the actual Auction date. It should be a good night out and again a chance to get to know others a little more, plus a great chance to see in hidden talents of our members!! What do we need from our members?
