Hi Everyone...so I get asked a lot what are some key things to stick with when you want to change your lifestyle... Here is my first step...be totally and uterley honest and realistic with yourself...and say to yourself how often can I exercise? What changes can I make to my nutrition? and bring this question to other areas of your life.... We tend to live an all or nothing life which only sets us up for failure....bringing self-esteem and confidence to an all time low. Set yourself a realistic and honest goal that you can succeed with. Dont say you will go to the gym 8 days a week when you know deep down that aint gonna happen!!! .....start with what you know you can maintain. This will make you feel amazing and give your self esteem a great boost from the success!!!
