Hi Family and Friends! Yours truly entered a 6 week fitness competition called Live Fit Transformation Challenge!! Im being judged on my athletic performance, measurement changes, and logging my nutritional intake. Ive never done a fitness competition but recently I lost 11lbs and 10% bodyfat which Im pretty stoked about!! Its going to be tough, I realize that. In fact, Im releasing weekly videos of my hard work and progress through this competition. There is a catch to this competition(uh-oh), I need your support!!! All I need is your likes!! Thats it!
