Hi Fellow Africa Twin Riders, I hope all is well, Just had a great article published in the UK magazine (Adventure Bike rider - issue 25) regards my passage of the The Araniko Highway - The Araniko Highway is an 89 mile long road which connects Kathmandu with Kodari on the Nepal-China border. It is said that it’s one of the most dangerous roads in Nepal due to the extremely steep and exposed slopes on each side of the road. Hugh landslides, happen frequently after periods of rain and the landslide of August 2014 was particularly devastating, claiming the lives of 156 people. The article is about my attempts to cross the temporary road built after the incident.
