Hi Fitness Friends!! Continuation of my post on the different types of exercisers at Burnham Park include those BETTER -LATE-THAN-NEVER. These are the ones you see with bulging stomachs and tired eyes who have obviously abused their bodies and who are trying to do their best in improving their health by huffing and puffing at the Park. Looks sad if you see them but they are going at it the WRONG way. Health and Fitness is NOT a fastfood item that you can order, and be delivered to you PRONTO,rather it is a lifestyle that you incorporate in your daily Life!! Friends as I make these comments and you are the one being alluded to, dont lose heart because they are meant to provide correction and a challenge. The FASHIONISTAS need to focus on the essentials rather than the outward looks! Wearing the latest NIKE running shoes will not make you more healthy and fit unless you do the basics and exercise everyday!!! Another type are the OSYOSOS and you can readily spot them since they are just there to osyoso. Well as long as they get interested someday and put on some exercise clothes! Then there are the AEROBICS GROUPIES and you can readily spot them exercising with one of the aerobics groups at the Park. They are usually led by a male Instructor who prepares the energizing music , and lads the fitness routine for a-non stop 1 hr of physical movements designed to make you sweat those excess pounds......
