Hi Folks, For those of you who do not know, I left Cisco about a week ago to follow my passion for positive psychology. I will be working full time as a coach/ workshop facilitator with special emphasis on strengths based development and inculcating well-being and happiness in daily work/ life. I will be working with individuals as well as would like to work with corporates/ educational institutes and would love any references/ contacts that you may direct me to. While I loved my job @ cisco every bit, and trading that well paying and comfortable job for this more uncertain future was a hard decision for me, it was also necessary and long due. Following my passion on the sidelines is no longer enough and I had to take the proverbial plunge. I will need all your support and encouragement as I venture into this second career/ calling. The first inaugural Flourishing Life workshop I am conducting will be at seasons hotel , aundh, pune on 17th jan and I look forward to seeing you there.
