Guest Vendors Mama Rita’s Salsa: Rita makes the best salsa around. Made from all local ingredients one batch at a time. Come and try a sample and see if you get hooked too. Regular Vendors Amaranth Bakery: Kristen will bake up a scrumptious selection of gluten free breads (caraway, cinnamon raisin, 4-seed); dinner rolls sandwich buns, hot dog buns, pizza crusts, foccacia, muffins, cookies and granola! All gluten free! Plus many dairy-free options. Sweet Pea Farm: Joe has heritage breed lamb is grass fed and pasture raised, free of anti-biotics, hormones, and GMO feed. He will offer a variety of lamb cuts; chops, loins, shoulders, legs, riblets, etc. This week he will have a limited amount of duck eggs, chicken eggs and soon…quail eggs for sale! He is sharing space with Talking Breads. Earth Spring Farm: Located between Carlisle and Boiling Springs, they offer vegetables grown naturally without chemical pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers. This week they have lettuce heads, spring onions, zukes, beets, kales and bagged Spinach. Let’s Grow will also have the remaining plants for sale here. Clair’s Orchard: Look what David is sending to market… sweet cherries, blueberries and several varieties of apples. We will also have a wide range of canned goods from fruit juices to honey crisp apple sauce. Roots Flower Farm: The most amazing lisianthus on the planet! If you havent tried these long-lasting beauties, this is their best week of the year. Sunflowers, snapdragons, cinnamon basil, globe thistle, annabelle hydrangea, and more. And dont forget Dads blueberries - sweetest around! We do weddings & special events. Dickinson College Farm: As the season progresses the quantity of crops only increases from the Dickinson College Farm. This week at market there will be the first sighting of eggplant and green beans PLUS our farms very own veggie burger mix made from beans and other ingredients grown on our farm! In addition to the premier of our veggie burger mix, we will also have freshly milled bean flour for sale for folks interested in alternatives to gluten for their baking needs. Three Springs Fruit Farm: Dan and the gang will have some fresh berries, peaches and sweet cherries for your enjoyment! If you are looking for apples, we bring you fresh fuji apples to eat or check out our Buy One Get One Free deal on our refreshing fuji apple juice. Dont forget to ask about or FarmFan Rewards program! WIC, FMNP, tokens, and credit cards all accepted here. Pecan Meadow Farm: Daniel is with us each week providing a selection of pasture-raised meats. Choices include lamb, beef, pork, duck, rabbit, guinea and chicken. Keep you eyes open for duck eggs, granola and special baked treats on occasion. Some of the best steak in town! Check out the stone ground wheat from Daniels 1940 seed. Talking Breads: Talking breads (Shana) offers a wide variety of old world European breads. All breads are made with organic whole grain flours and are baked in a brick oven. Weekly breads include Pugliese, Whole Spelt, Seeded, Batard, Ciabatta, Cinnamon Raisin, Fig Anise, Brioche, along with baked goods like scones and pretzel rolls. Lancaster Hummus Company: Don’s hummus flavors, ranging from Lemon Kale to Tuscan Garlic, are tahini free, preservative free, gluten free, dairy free, low in fat and low in sodium! Stop by and sample the Blazin Buffalo or Ginger Lime hummus! Mountainside Supper Club: Visit Karen and Steves stand for some delicious dinner options. Everything is freshly prepared and delicious.(All MSC market menus are subject to slight changes due to availability of ingredients) Sunset Valley Farm: Emanuel has straight-from-the-grass-fed-cow raw milk, cheeses, low-fat black raspberry yogurt, maple yogurt, and organic eggs (soy free). And the thing you have been waiting for… Ice Cream! Plus, ask them about milk delivery!. Beeman’s Baked Goods: Beeman’s will offer Pies, Cakes, Cookies, Zucchini Bread and Whoopie Pies this week. We will be offering specials on all Apple Pies, Apple Dumplings and Apple Crumb with Pecans. We will also have Red Velvet Whoopie Pies. We will see everyone on Wednesday. Blue Mountain Meadows: Paul will be busy at the grill! He will be serving up fabulous grilled pastured chicken halves and yummy hamburgers with fresh buns made by Lark Rise. They have coolers full of all types of cheese (try the Ewes Dream!), yogurt, smoothies, meats, fresh chicken, meadow mint tea and kombucha. Cool Beans: Katie will have refreshing cold drinks made with locally grown fruits and herbs, whole wheat soft pretzels (regular and cinnamon sugar), cookies, and energy bars this week. Dawg Gone Bees: Jackie will have their regular array of honey and honey products. Many of our products make great gifts and we have beautifully pre packaged boxes containing an assortments of honeys, candles, and jams. Esh’s Produce: Steven and family will have greens, rhubarb, tomatoes, peas, beans, beets and blueberries and sweet corn to name a few. As always… homemade potato chips, ketchup, root beer, jams and jellies plus many types of canned goods. WIC and FMNP check accepted here. Everblossom Farm: Certified Organic vegetable and berry operation that accepts CSA members year round. Were proud to offer the following produce at market: New potatoes and sweet peas!!! Green and yellow beans!! And kohlrabi in green and purple; 3 types of kale; several kinds of head lettuce; sugar snap, snow and English shell peas; salad mix; radicchio; napa cabbage; garlic scapes; collards; specialty superfoods like purple orach spinach and nasturtium flowers; and the last of our spring radishes and sweet turnips. Keswick Creamery: Award-winning gourmet cheeses made with milk from cows raised outdoors on lush pastures. Mel will have special reserve cheeses that have been aged for one year. Try their spicy dragons breath or pimento spread! Cheddar and blue are back and she will also have bove, fresh whole milk ricotta and yogurt. Mel has a fantastic new cheese to try! Lark Rise Farm: Sherri and Cookie have fabulous artisan breads, bagels, pizza rounds, garlic crisps and sour dough. On the veg side they offer three kinds of kale, carrots, beets, salad mix, herbs and chard. Torchbearer Sauces: Come try our newest offerings. We just released our Psycho Curry, Spicy Horseradish Mustard and Pineapple Papaya BBQ sauce. The Psycho Curry has just enough heat to make a great Indian curry stir fry. The Spicy Horseradish Mustard is a great sandwich topping and youll want to add our sweet Pineapple Papaya BBQ to all your grilled meats. Remember, all of our sauces are all-natural, gluten free and vegan friendly! Whistleberry Farm (home of Morgan’s Mushrooms): Lynn or Rod will be at market this week with fresh and dehydrated shiitake mushrooms, shiitake mushroom logs and oyster mushrooms. Piney Mountain Orchard: This week Megan will feature crispy lettuce, salad turnips, scallions, cool cucumbers and tasty summer squash this week!
