Hi Friends, Fans, and Family, We have decided to change our band name to The Weather and here is why. Mychal started Campfire Ok 6 years ago after making a full length record with the help of some friends. Since then we have put out 2 LPs , played lots and lots of shows, and had even more band members come and go. That whole time the name always felt right and resonated in parts of our songs. Now however, that name doesnt ring true to the sentiment and feeling of the band. We have made some changes, taken some risks, and ultimately developed beyond the old name. The songs still come from the same place, and we still care about our fans. Thank you so much for going through this change with us. - The Weather
