Hi Friends! I am SO excited to announce some pretty amazing news! Oh, what a difference a year can make, right? As many of you know, this time last year, August 16th to be exact, was my last day of Chemo. Yuck! This August 16th, I officially became Mrs. Rochester. I will be competing in the Mrs. New York America Pageant on October 26th. I am thrilled at this opportunity, to be able to use it as a platform to bring additional awareness to LupusChick and The Lupus Foundation of America, where I serve as a board member and Lupus in general. I am also grateful to represent a pretty incredible city. Most of all, I am so delighted and excited to have an incredible Executive Director to help me and be by my side during this once in a lifetime experience, Diane DeNigris Hardgrove . I hope to have all of YOU by my side as well. Here is to another incredible year! And a huge thanks to Frankie Coletto and Mickey Caruana for helping me look my best!
