Hi Friends Ive been hesitant to admit to you that i slipped up on my 40 Day Cleanse over the weekend and i dont want to use the excuse that it was a double combo of travelling and on the road and the stress of doing a tradeshow and prepping a talk because those are all just excuses to explain away why i crossed one boundary around my abstinence and then started to slide by crossing another and then my self talk said youre messing up pretty good, so why not just go all out and fail forward fast and make up for lost time in all the other areas - which i didnt .. entirely But i did announce my challenge publicly so in fairness i must share the slip publicly Anyway, it taught me a ton about my all or nothing attitude and how i can set my self up to be side swiped ( just BECAUSE my sense of entitlement and immediate gratification is calling ) and then just go with the convenience of ahh well .. its not the end of the world so lets just start again tomorrow . . . Which i am TODAY April 1 ! ! ! But because TODAY is Day 1 AGAIN, I am committed to make my 40 days which also RESTARTS TODAY - APRIL 1 till May 10 I dont want to even think about how Ill handle Easter so i wont 1 day at a time Friends … SQUARE 1 Again :) If youve been failing or just missing the mark ..
