They are looking for candidates to perform a Service Desk Role performing first level IT troubleshooting for corporate users via telephone and emails. Generally, this is a shift role in a call centre environment. Office hours may be arranged but subjected to availability. They prefer candidates with relevant working experience. However, those with little or no relevant working experience but determined to learn may apply as training will be provided. Do take note that good command of English is required and is a renewable contract position. Job Scope: Handle incoming inquiries, incidents and requests via telephone and email. Perform basic 1st level trouble-shooting on desktop, printer, scanner, basic systems and network issues. Logging of all incidents and requests using BMC Remedy IT Service Management. Provide guidance to users on the usage of client’s web based applications. Escalation and coordination of tickets to onsite engineers if required. Working Hours:12 Hours rotating shift. Office hours subjected to availability.
