Hi, Good Morning RRS.. hope everyone doing good. HM workout summary of this week - 1)Warm-up +Tempo Run(1k-3k-1k) timing splits 1K-5.44 mint; 2K-5.14mint; 3K-5.24 mint; 4K-4.59mint ;5K-5.15mint. 2)Cross training- I did a swimming and i.e. of 10 laps of 80Mts distance 3)Warm-up + Long run-8.04K in 46.56 mints 4)Stretching details-Warm-up + 20 repetitions of SN and did basic stretchings. Neera & Jags please correct me if I am doing anything wrong in the mentioned session, so that i will consider them in the upcoming practice sessions.
