Supervise ambulance crew and emergency medical services in responding to all calls for emergency medical services 2. Organizes the initial response of paramedical services at the scene of major disasters 3. Assists the paramedic officer in the training of junior paramedic staff and fire services personnel in first aid and emergency medical care 4. Maintains inventory of medical supplies to ensure operational readiness of all ambulances 5. Develop and implement policies and procedures to inspect personnel, vehicles and equipment to maintain operational readiness 6. Full responsibility on all emergency medical treatment 7. Active member with defined responsibilities during major disasters or simulation exercises as designated by the paramedic officer. 8. Must be familiar/working knowledge with the requirements of NFPA 473, NFPA J58l, and T582 or local equivalent 9. Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE University degree in Health Science or paramedic qualification preferred with 5 years paramedic services.
