Hi Guys Cliff and Nikki have been approached by Swan Hill Eight Ball Association to start an annual competition with 2 or 3 divisions, for example divs 1, 2 & 3. This Carnival will be aimed more at the lower Divisions as Swan Hill by their own admission do not have Elite players, so we are asking you guys would you support such a Carnival? We are looking at September 13th and 14th at the SEBA Clubrooms this year and next year in Swan Hill.
