Hi Guys, I need a help!! I am not tech savvy so every small help counts. I had a up running site using WP (Room 09 Theme). It was working perfectly but few days ago I tried to change wordpress url and after that real nightmare started. After changing url, the page showed error message and ask to contact hosting company. Hosting company sent me a message and said that they have created a backup file in ftp server under public_html 2014. (I opened the file and I could see all the plugins, theme that i used to make a site. After that for some reason, either myself or hosting company uninstall Wordpress in my domain. Now the question is, I have the back up file created by hosting company (When I emailed them, they said I have to do myself or seek professional help), but just do not know how to put it in my domain and make a site as before. I tried from FTP but no luck (May be the way I did was wrong, may be I have to change some confiq.php or something something). I cant get to my dashboard, website is blank and nothing is there. The only thing I have is a backupfile created by Hosting company. Guys, I really need your help!!!
