Hi Guys Im looking for 1 other housemate to live with me in this lovely spacious open plan Flat/loft conversion near Peckham Rye Park. Youll be sharing with one other person only, Im a professional filmmaker so Id like to live with someone in any type of creative craft really. The open plan space has enough room for two desks if you dont like working in your room all the time. All the mod cons, smoking is fine but I dont smoke usually ;) Sky lights facing morning and evening light. Massive amount of storage space in cupboards that are out of sight. Both rooms are decent doubles although one is bigger than the other we could maybe decide who takes what by negotiating price. Again the living room/kitchen is what makes this place. No Deposit needed although you may have to go on the contract. Price is £735p/m excluding bills (This is straight down the middle). Move in Date is Feb 1st.
