Hi Guys, My boyfriend and I are looking for a flatmate (single or a couple) to fill a room in our flat 3/7E Charlotte St, Eden terrace. The rent will be about $160 per week, excluding expenses. There are two bathrooms so you will have your own bathroom essentially and there is a car park available for use as well. It is an easy twenty-minute walk to city campus so it is nice and close.
