Hi Guys Running is great for fitness and fat burning especially hill sprints and interval runs. I know its tough when you first run but it gets easier very quickly. Also the very first 10 mind of a run is tough psychologically and physiologically because your body is oxygen deficit. Heres what a happy bootcamper said about last nights session in the woods. Morning Steve...couple of things...ive completed those questionnaires...also could u pass on my thanks to Lisa for a brilliant session in the woods last nite...I normally dread the sessions but last nite was really really good....!! X
