Hi Guys, looking to get my 2 rear exhaust covers (the one with the black and alloy ribs) repainted and laquered as they have faded a bit due to the heat over time I suppose. Looking at the colour of them now I can see the clear laquer is easy enough to do, but not sure on the original black paint colour due to the fading. It does look like a very dark grey satin finish, but does anyone know if the original black on the ribs was gloss black, a satin black or actually more of a grey colour anyway? Its a 1996 Max by the way Cheers John.
