Hi Gypsies, Ive got a room in a 2br apartment from this Sunday, July 6th to August 19th (dates are a bit flexible on the back end) in the Heart of Astoria. 45th and Broadway, it is a 30 sec walk to the M/R train and 8 minutes to the N/Q. 20 minutes to Times Square! Im leaving to do summer stock so I need a sublet. Ive got 1 roommate who is a 30 yr old actor/waiter and is a very easy going guy. We love sports here so Espn is what is mostly on the TV. We are somewhat tidy but if you are a neat freak you should probably keep looking. :) I am asking $815 a month which includes cable TV and Internet with Wifi. Ill do $1200 if you do the whole time. AC window unit in my room (which is awesome during the disgustingly hot nights here) and a full size bed. Huge chest of drawers and lots of space in my room, too. Hope to hear from you soon, Buddy
