Hi Gypsies, There are two rooms available in a Sunset Park apartment (by the N/R at 59th Street). The smaller room is $650 (Ive been living there 2 years but am moving out when the lease ends - its a little over 100 square feet, has room for a full-bed, bookshelf, and a desk; its between the larger room and the living room), the larger room (and it is well-sized) is $775 (its the front room on the floor, two big windows). Youll need one-month security to join a one-year lease. The landlord requires you to provide proof of employment. The apartment is a duplex unit. The roommates renting these two rooms share a bathroom on the first floor. There is also a common area with a table, television, and couch (these will stay in the apartment). The other roommate, Ken, has a basement apartment with his own bathroom. Kitchen is shared by all three roommates. We also have exclusive backyard access (its well-sized to have a bunch of friends over).
