Dear Quality Leaders, Wealth Planners and Quality Agents, It saddens us to hear the Prime Ministers announcement regarding the fate of Malaysia Airlines flight MH370. Our hearts go out to the families and friends of the passengers and crew on board flight MH370. Based on the latest information that we received from the authorities, we can confirm that there were a total of 15 on board who were insured with PAMB (14) and PBTB (1). We understand how difficult this is for the families and we have made the claims process as simple as possible for them. The cheques will be ready for delivery by today (Wednesday 26 March 2014). Having said that, we respect the families privacy during their time of grief. As such, we have advised their servicing agents to check with the families as to when will be the most appropriate time to deliver the claims cheque.
