Hi, I am Nita Zaveri, A Fresher, just completed my Full Time Diploma Course from The Famous Anupam Khers ACTOR PREPARES Juhu. I recently came on 5th August,2014,to my hometown Vadodara for a break for few days. I have posted my profile on FB, from which someone called me telling that he is Rahul Vaidya Indian Idol Fame. He is interacting with me since last 12/15 days, informing me that Sony TV is coming up with a New Project - A Music Album of old songs, & as he has gone thru my profile, liked it & he has referred my name & profile to Sony TV. He informed that Sony TV has a Budget of Rs.50 Lacs, & I have to pay Sony TV 2.5% of Rs.50 Lacs & Sony TV will give me 7.5% from the Total Profits. I informed him that I dont have so much money, so I will not be able to pay this amount. He then contacted me & informed me that he requested Sony TV to reduce this amount & now I have to pay Rs.75,000/- to get the Contract from Sony TV. I told him that I dont have that much amount & I am not in position to pay this amount, so he asked me how much money you have? I innocently told him that I have only Rs.35,000/- with me right now, so he asked me to pay Rs.25,000/- & he will mail me the soft copy of the Sony TV Contract in just 24 hours. He requested me to Trust him as I have only 2 options - Either reject the offer or Trust him. He informed me that his friend Raj Thakur- who is the voice of Sonu Nigam is currently in Vadodara & Ahmedabad for some recording & shoots, so he asked me to meet him who will explain the whole Sony TV Contract as to what will me my role & he also told that once I sign the contract I will be exclusively working for that period of time with Sony TV Only, & I will not be able to work with any other TV Channels/Films/Adv. Finally I got convinced & I deposited Cash of Rs.20,000/- in Rajs Bank A/c on Friday,8th August,2014. On the next that ie on 9th August, when I called him to mail me the Sony TV Contract, he msged me on Whatsapp that his Bua has expired so he is busy with his family matter & that he will mail me the soft copy of the Sony TV Contract on Saturday,4th August,after 4 pm.I didnt get the same, as per his commitment, so I started doing follow -ups by calling & messaging him on Whatsapp, but there was No Reply to any of my messages & my calls were Not Getting thru. His Friend Rajs phone also was coming Out of Coverage continuously. With this behaviour, I got extremely worried & disturbed, so I thought of posting about this Cheating with me on Savdhan Actors, to get some help to solve this issue.
