Hi, I am flying to Tokyo tomorrow and I just knew about this forum. I have a problem as I am flying over to Haneda airport and arriving around 11pm and that excluding my luggage collection and immigration clearance time. I need to go to Nishi Asakusa, Taito-ku, Tokyo as my hotel is located there and I am informed that the last Japan subway closes around 11pm++ whereby I anticipated that I might not be able to catch to take the train/subway. There are about 5 of us and is there any affordable transportation alternative that I can take from Haneda Airport to Nishi Asakusa, Taito-ku or it is advisable to take direct taxi from the airport? I have no idea but would that be extra charges of taking midnight taxi from Haneda Airport? Thank you.
