Hi, I am looking for my lost dog, a Pekapoo, that I lost back in October/November 2010 in the Riverwalk neighborhood (Pitt School Road/Clover Road). I lived right across the street from Sam Furr Elementary School at the time. We usually kept his collar with name tag on him but had a petsafe collar on him so he could play in the front yard. Unfortunately, he managed to wiggle out of or chew it off and I havent seen him since. I immediately put out flyers on telephone poles and called the local animal shelters. No one called me nor had he been turned in to animal rescue or the humane society. I eventually gave up. You guys did not have a facebook page back then to check on. I have seen one dog in particular that looks like Tweetsie and I also saw a link to a lost dog from last year (2013) that was a small white dog lost in the same neighborhood. I am thinking/hoping that someone just picked up him and kept him because his collar and name tag werent on him. I am attaching a couple of photos of him. As you can see, he has a pronounced underbite. I got him as a puppy for my boys. He is about 8 years old now and we would LOVE to have him back. If you can give me any guidance or direction on finding him, it would be appreciated. Melissa Shore
