Hi I have a question for three Ireland. My modem is only working intermittently and I have contacted three on several occasions to see can this be resolved. The first option I was given was to drive from Mayo to Limerick to the three repair shop drive back and collect it when it was repaired no time frame given for the repair. Given that the drive is at least 2:30hrs I declined. The second option I was given was to go without my modem for approx 14 days while it was sent by post and returned by post during which time I would be without internet connection. As this was also unacceptable I was told there was nothing else that could be done is this the best service that Three Ireland can offer there customers? I am of the option they have no customer service and all they are prepared to do is ring you every day to collect payment on a device that is faulty and demand it be paid. Three do no give the service they claim to do to me anyway is this the same for other customers I wonder?
