Hi, I have a room available for rent pretty close to the city center (about 5-10 min walk). Actually I moved in only a month ago but I have to move to another town because I will do my bachelor thesis in cooperation with a company. The room is in a shared flat together with 3 other students from the HfG, one guy and two girls. The room is about 18m2 big, I am not sure about the exact size. The price is 185€ including everything (water, heat, energy, internet flat). The heating costs could rise or fall depending on how tough the winter is going to be, but not too much. The flat includes a bothroom and a seperate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave...), a little indoor-balcony and there is a washing machine. Its a old house but with a nice wooden floor. I am going to leave some furniture in the room: a bed with a matress, a desk, a chair, a white IKEA Billy-bookcase, a little sofa-table and an armchair. I would sell them for 150€. The room is available from the 01.10.14, unfortunately I cant move out earlier. Tell me if you are interested as soon as possible. I have to find somebody to rent as soon as possible because I will travel to Croatia tomorrow night. Its very short-termed, I know. I will drive to the flat soon, if anybody wants to see it on skype
