Hi! I just wanted to know that how difficult is it for the dog to stay in a flat? Does it get a bit suffocating for them, for not able to move around the house that freely? There is a puppy right next to my building in the community park. I give him food twice a day. But its really cold for him. I made a little house for him with bedsheets and plastics and pieces of cloth. But the next day I came and someone had stolen the bedsheets and the poor puppy was shivering in cold. I want to take him home. I also bought a sweater for him and he usually takes it off because its uncomfortable for him and hes not used to it. So what do I do?
