Hi I really NEED HELP!!! Im renting a cockroach infested house from professionals in granger Clark.. We moved in 2 weeks ago just and we havent been able to sleep there because of the infestation we have 2 small children under 3 and they have no home now..We are staying in friends and familys every night ....were finding it really difficult to get through to these people because we are not getting any help from the real estate.. They have sprayed the house twice now and they are still coming through cracks of the walls from skirting boards.. I have many pictures and many videos of this to prove it.. I even have recordings of my conversations with the property manager, the supervisor and also the director/licensee who are meant to be professionals and they just dont care ...I was told today by the manager that we get bugs in Australia I have been here 6 years I know theres bugs not infestation .... She thinks Im stupid.. Iv had advice from a solicitor and iv followed their steps and iv handed a breach but they came back at me today saying that theyve done what iv asked by getting the house sprayed so take us to court you wont win there level of professionalism is an absolute disgrace. The new dishwasher wont work.. the preoffsionals got someone out to fix it and guess what he cant its infested in cockroaches and they still dont see my problem because we get bugs in Australia We have handed them a breach about all the things wrong with the house including the stink of sewerage every time the water runs I had a plumber out last week and he said the drains were disgusting thats nearly 2 weeks now and its still the same its terrible... I really need some advice and other opinions on the case or if anyone has gone through the same thing because Im starting to go out of my mind feeling theres no1 who is listening to my side and they keep just going against me.. Im going back to the house tomorrow night to get more videos and updates on the disgusting things.. We pay $500 a week and we cant even stay there... Please someone help!!!!!
