Hi, Im Stormy! Im about 11-12 weeks old. Im a sweet little girl who spent the first 8-9 weeks of my life with a feral colony living beside a grocery store. I dont know what happened to my momma or siblings, but the nice people at the grocery store made sure I was fed and chased the mean older cats away when they would pick on me. I often hung out with my friend Sunshine who was bigger than me and made me feel safe. One day a lady named foster mommy came and put us in a box and took us what seemed like very far away to a thing called a house! It was SO scary, but I felt better when the lady would hold me and talk to me, it reminded me of my friends at the grocery store. It didnt take me long to figure out that a house is a great thing! Theres always food, toys and a warm place to sleep. Pretty soon I wasnt scared anymore! The people are so nice and I have so much fun playing with my foster brother! Sometimes I still get nervous but thats because Im so little, but dont worry, I think Ill outgrow it! A few days ago I had to go back in the box and I was so afraid! Foster mommy said I was going to the clinic and getting spayed and everything would be just fine. I was very brave for the people at the clinic and they were very surprised when foster mommy told them I used to be feral. Foster mommy took me back home and gave me many extra noms for supper that night. She told me I was a big girl now and ready to find my forever family. I like it here just fine! But, foster mommy said she has so many kitties to take care of and I deserve to be the princess of my own castle! Will you help me find my forever family? Maybe YOU are my forever family! I will tell you the most important things about me! I am a pro at using the litter box! I even cover other kittys messes because I think its just plain rude to drop and run! Im kind of shy at first, but Im easily won over by my favorite food (chicken!). I love other kitties! Especially playful ones! I really love to play! I also like snuggling up on the couch to watch TV in the evenings. I have only met a few kids but they all frightened me. :-( I think I would be okay with older kids who understand my feral roots and are patient and gentle with me.
