Hi, Im from Tasmania, Australia. I have been vegetarian since I got married at 17. We have been vegan for a good many years now. This is my favourite recipe. It is Cant tell the difference quiche. It is a The Gourmet vegan recipe. I change the vegetables every time I make it, such as Sweet potato and Kale, Roasted Vegetable, etc. Serve with tossed salads, or as a hot meal with anything you like to have with it.
