Hi, In CPM application im creating an Interaction followed by Case and ServiceRequest. In Service Request im having the Corresponding Case Reference ID that was customized using OOTB control CPMReviewServiceProcess and passing pxCoverInsKey as paramter to that control.Now if i click on that Case Reference the corresponding case is opening in new tab and working fine.But,if i open the same ServiceRequest from Worklist and if i click on that Case Reference nothing is happening(New tab is not opening with Corresponding Case Details),Here also the same control(CPMReviewServiceProcess).Any one faced the same issue? Attempted solutions:Instead of that control confugured a link and event as open work by handle and passed the pxCoverInsKey but,instead of tab it is opening in new window :(.
