Hi. Its Rachel and Mallory. We like long walks on the beach and kittens. Oh.... And Challenge Youth Conference. Today we had the opportunity to go prayer walking and pray for the people of Kansas City. For many of us it was uncomfortable at first, but through Gods grace and encouragement we were able to step out of our comfort zone to reach the hearts of citizens. In the morning rally, we were taught that just because God isnt speaking, it doesnt mean He isnt moving. Many of us overcame our doubts we had in the amazing God we call our Father. It taught us that in the silence and the struggles, we have the chance to strengthen our faith. During the evening rally, God touched the hearts of many students and leaders who were drifting from their faith. Some of us girls even got to experience the hardship that people of Biblical times had by missing our shuttle and having to walk in the heat all the way to the conference center. Thank you for all of your prayers. We cant wait to see what the next two days of Challenge bring!
