Hi Jason, Discovering Oliver’s has given me renewed hope in the world. As you know, fast food has never been about eating well and for someone committed to health and nutrition I’ve always had to be either obsessively organised or fall prey to eating rubbish on a road trip. Either way, I have certainly never felt catered for by the mainstream. How delightful it was to find Oliver’s nestled between KFC and Macca’s late one Friday night when I had already resigned to eating a nutrient deficient meal as I was so hungry and hadn’t planned ahead. I simply couldn’t believe my eyes !! My partner and I now make it a ritual to stop at Olivers for a soup and salad on the way to our beach get away on a Friday night and again on Sunday night on the way home. Oliver’s has really changed the quality of our weekends. Marion
