Hi Jessica (and Cory), Heres my best recollection of the mix of oils: Virgin coconut oil (approx 13oz) and the following essential oils all therapeutic grade (except possibly one): from Rocky Mountain oils: Lavender - 4/5 drops Lemongrass - 1 drop Frankincense - 4/5 drops (India/Boswellia Carteri) Myrrh - 3 drops (Somalia/Commiphora Myrrha) from Young Living: Peace & Calming blend - 1 drop (has 5 oils) Valor blend - 1 drop (has 4 oils, 3 are duplicates of above) From Edens Garden (does not say therapeutic): Relaxation blend - 1 drop (has 6 oils, some duplicates) -------- I started with under half a jar of Trader Joes CC Oil, but realized it might need more for all the essentials I put in. So I added high quality CC oil from Vitacost (I used Traders so I could just leave you the jar) Im not familiar with blending oils, other than what I was led to do for an after shower mix that reduces swelling or water retention in my feet and legs (actually it works all over). But, Im pretty sure you could do a whole 16 oz and maybe more to the amount of essentials. I cannot recommend using microwave to heat oil. Instead, sit non-plastic jar in pot with simmering water, or put oil directly in pot to slightly melt. Its just to make oils easy to blend. Or on a hot day like today, it might be melted enough. Blessings
