Hi Ladies! If youve never played or havent played in a while, heres a video that covers everything. Keep in mind we do not have to follow this exactly. They put in $10, we will do $5. In an effort to keep this fun and relaxing for everyone, I am requesting that our host not furnish food. Since we will meet after dinner, lets make this way simple on everybody and bring our own beverage. Initially I thought the host could purchase a gift for the winner with a portion of the money. After viewing this video it makes more sense to award the money and give a certain percentage to the winner, loser, etc.. This will eliminate the inconvenience of shopping for something and guarantee no dud gift! Once we get the kinks worked out we may want to see if we can use someones Clubhouse. I know theres been some concern from people with smaller units. Not a problem. Hosting, while effortless, is not expected, so no pressure. Unfortunately Newport Crest Clubhouse is only available for HOA business. As I mentioned earlier, I will make this page private after our first get together. Announcing the schedule of nights we play (and arent home), is not a good thing to do in a public forum, so please be conscious of anything you post up until the get together.
