Hi Ladies! Just a few reminders. We need to practice healthy eating and a good balanced lifestyle so that our skin wont hate us. Although TokyoLoveSoaps are amazing, what we eat and how we take care of ourselves play a major role of what your skin is like. Here are some tips for more healthier good looking skin: 1. Drink plenty of water everyday. your body requires at least 2 to 3 liters of water. If you feel thirsty, youre already dehydrated. 2. Load up with berries (strawberry, raspberry & blueberries) they are excellent source of anti oxidants. 3. Make sure you change your bed sheet/covers every 2 weeks. 4. Avoid salty, trans fat and oily foods. These are the biggest culprit of causing ACNE. 5. Contrary to popular belief, you still have to use moisturizer even if your face is oily. 6. Exercising is one of the best ways to release toxins from your body. When you sweat youll notice the difference with your skin. An hour of cycling, jogging or any fitness training is better than just sitting on your couch. 7. Olive oil is an amazing make up remover. It is organic and wont clog your pores & will remove your make up instantly (even if its waterproof) 8. Invest on a good body scrub. Your body needs a weekly scrub to remove dry skin and excess dirt. 9. Make sure you keep anything that you use for your face and body in a good well kept storage. 10. Last but not the least, load up with vegetables, fruits and get enough sleep (7-8 hours a day) Remember, you also need to feel good inside and goodluck friday 13th ;-) xx
