Hi Levy Cats. Can anybody help me find a permanent, loving home for Simon? Hes a stray ginger tom who hangs around the Chapel/Stanhope St area. Ive been feeding him and letting him sleep in my kitchen at night as its getting cold, but I cant keep him as I already have 2 cats, a toddler and a baby on the way. He needs a home with no young children and preferably no other cats. Hes a lovely boy who likes sitting on your knee and having his head stroked (once youve won him round by feeding him a while), but hes obviously been mistreated, so is quite nervy and hisses/swipes quite a lot if he feels threatened, sometimes with little/no warning. He needs an owner who loves cats and is willing to put up with his cantankerous ways and specific needs for a while until they win him round. He obviously wants a house as hes always trying to get into mine, even when hes been fed, but I cant take him in. If you know of anybody who would be willing/able to take him in, please let me know!
