Hi Members I have looked out at the program to use for helping with the reunion and I believe we can get the same results using Word and Excel. But I have found a book on line that I can down load and think it will be of great help. One of the things it said is we need a committee so that if some-one falls by the wayside we have backup . It also said if you have 2 volunteers for each job it is also makes the reunion run better. What do you all think? That would mean we would have 2 treasurers, 2 activities directors , 2 advertisers to publicize the reunion. I think we also need 2 people working together to oversee it all. If we all used both face book and email we could work well together. Any more ideas? How am I going so far. The book said we need to set dates to achieve our adjectives . As in I have to get Frank to take me up to Braidwood to check out the club to be sure it will suit our needs. Then book it. In two weeks it will be one you to go for the reunion. It will go fast. If you could think about this and get back with your thoughts I would appreciate it. Kath
