Hi Mmabatho I would like to attend one of your sessions but I am not sure what happens there. I have been getting these kind of inboxes a lot. It wouldnt be fair to just reply one. About our sessions: Every two months #MMGS organises and hosts a motivational, inspirational and encouraging session. We have different speakers who are invited to talk to us about different life challenges - business, relationships, spiritual, social - all life different aspects. These speakers are professionals in their line of work. We invite them to help us cope and help restore self confidence. #MMGS is aware that when people are stressed or are carrying burdens on their shoulders it is very difficult for them to cope. There is high absenteeism at work, low production at work, poor health and poor exam results caused by pressure. We start becoming despondent and want to give up on life. We lose hope. #MMGS gives you a platform to off load the burden. You are reminded that you are not alone in what you go through. Our speakers narrate to us their life stories and how they got to where they are today. They were also driven by other factors - external or internal. By talking to us, we then see that there are people facing similar fears. We restore self confidence from such stories. There are strangers there who meet and then become close, like sisters. Like finger and nail. Like tongue and saliva. Paballo is one of our young women who came in our previous session not knowing where to start but she knew she wanted to start a business, yesterday she said to me: Oh yes Mmabatho I know what I want now. I have found what am passionate about and started working on it. Guess what? Am making bracelets! I told my dad about what we spoke about in our last session and he paid for me again. We have come to our last session for this year, which was yesterday. We are starting again next year. Date for the first 2015 session: February 28.
