Hi Mortgage Coaches! The sellers are in control. We are testing the 102.00 mark. I think we will hold it, although I would not be surprised to see a panic test at that level. This will take the bonds from weak hands and place them in strong hands. Yellen said nothing that the market did not already know, but there has been a pattern of her speaking the facts, followed by some irrational sellers and then ultimately ending with new money buying on the fear, to drive the prices back up. Lets see if that happens again. I suspect it will.
