Hi Nationals Coaches AASCF take great pride in ensuring we have the most professional, knowledgeable and experienced judging panels at our championships. In addition to our handpicked Australian cheer & dance judges we seek the assistance of the BEST judges from the USA. Many of these international judges return every year to assist us at our ALL STAR BATTLE, STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS and of course NATIONALS which allows them to see and gauge how our teams are performing at an international level. Therefore , as we lead into the largest championship on the Australian cheer & dance calender we take great pleasure in sharing with you these valuable insights from two of our old hands who have been coming to AASCF championships for the last 3 years - CHRISTINE SHOWLATER - USASF WORLDS / NCA HEAD JUDGE PANEL JUDGE COMMENTS aascf.au/files/Judges_Comments_v3.pdf Her cheerleading experience includes four years as an NCA staff member, eight years of coaching, and 18 years of judging cheerleading and dance competitions. She is a head judge for NCA and UCAs National Level events. Her international experience includes Canadian Provincials and Nationals and the AASCF Battle Series and AASCF Nationals. She has served as Worlds Judge for the past five years . ROBIN BOLDEN - USASF WORLDS SAFETY JUDGE COMMON VIOLATIONS aascf.au/files/Common_Violations2.pdf Robin Bolden (Atlanta, GA) has been in cheerleading for over 20 years, including 15 years of all star choreographing and coaching. Robin was NFHS Technical Judge Certified and is USASF Safety Certified. She also speaks at coaches’ conferences about safety rules and point deductions. She has been a panel judge for over 15 years at the state, regional, national, and international levels. Robin specialises in Safety and Deduction judging and has participated in The Cheerleading Worlds as a safety judge since 2008. Robin has been nominated for Spirit Industry Trade Association (SITA) Outstanding Cheer Judge for 2010.
