Hi, Our friends at the new Llangorse Triathlon are looking for some Marshall assistance for their lake swim event and the swim section of the triathlon. I am helping on Saturday but racing on the Sunday. Theyd be greatful if anyone can help, free food and a tshirt involved for helping!! Let me know and I can co-ordinate. They will always welcome none paddling marshals too. Sumo If any kayakers are interested then the more the merrier on the water as it always helps the swimmers feel more confident.
