Hi, So I want to resign from Accenture as Im not able to get a project to my preferred location. Id be getting a warning letter from a project Im refusing to join, but in order to resign I need a Supervisors approval I believe, right when I get a warning letter Id be released from the project which has locked me and Ill be on ITP for a short duration before Im locked again but before I would be assigned a new supervisor on ITP who can approve my exit I might get locked to another project...in which case Ill not be able to resign.. This would be my 2nd warning letter by the way. Any solution for this? Reason for resignation: Except my batch mates and a few selected higher level employees most people Ive met are the worst people Ive actually ever met like a manager who treats you like a slave, people who dont have manners or respect for lower lvl employees(lol @ Accentures respect for individual), HRs who are only HR for name sake and have no real power in any matter I believe and so called Policies of this company..list could go on. Im just tired of this shit. Any suggestions in this matter could be helpful. Girl admin: if absconding is not an option ....then raise an exit asap...because even on bench you would be serving a notice period of 3 months.
