Hi, Stepping into 3rd month of 2014, my life is getting very much busier than before.As a working mother, Perhaps I am too busy at work & overlooked my family.Also, its the time for me to slow down,...my hubby advised. 3 weeks ago, i received a letter of notification from Great Eastern NO SERVICING AGENT for my insurance policies. Any urgent matters, please call customer care hotline........ OMG, what is happening?its came to me a shock.I called up my insurance agent, Mr.Liew XX.This guy is from same hometown, Kulai. He went round the bushes to AVOID direct answer but still not go straight to my queries in giving me a solution - WHY HE IS NO LONGER MY SERVICING AGENT?WHY NOT EVEN INFORMING THE CONSUMERS/CUSTOMERS FOR ANY CHANGES?IS INSURANCE A SERVICING INDUSTRY?ISNT IT LIFE IS GOOD......?Then who is taking care over my cases?..He twist & turn over my queries.There is no point to ask him further.I ended my doubts on him by putting down the phone. The following weeks, i did checking with G.E insurance company directly. The feedback is NOT SO GOOD conduct & NOT SO GOOD QUALITY SERVICE practiced by some servicing agents.This guy now is no longer with G.E now; has shifted to another Insurance Company as servicing agent also in AXX ....However the Insurance company cannot have full control over QUALITY SERVICE of servicing agents because Servicing agents are on commission based..... Thank God is that I was told by GE person in charge in Southern Region that they will re-assign an agent who is MORE QUALITY SERVICE & apologize for this black sheep. The chapter in life i learned from NO SERVICING AGENT is that there is a time for everything......This family insurance policies had been attached with G.E for 10yrs old already.Even though, I did not lose anything from monetary...My insurance money still there....but the friendship has sunk into deep sea. Anyway, I still believe no matter under what circumstances we still need to move on in life positively for a better tomorrow.Hence, i do not get myself too busy in life,...slow down my pace to look around even at the small & simple things ,they still look beautiful to me.... Wisdom grow with age.......
