Hi There!! During the Bush years columnists Charles Krauthammer coined the phrase Bush Dementia Syndrome. By this he meant the inability of many people on the liberal-left to discuss George W, Bush in a rational, reasoned way. I seldom agree with Krauthammer, but on this point he was right: The hatred for Bush by many liberals was truly pathological; when Bush was re-elected in 2004 I told some people that we should consider putting the editors of the NY Times on suicide watch. It seems that the Bush Dementia Syndrome has been replaced by the Obama Dementia Syndrome. I did not vote for Obama either time, and I have a lot of criticisms to make of his policies, but the hatred felt for him by many conservatives is completely over the top. Guys, get a grip on yourselves--to paraphrase Russell Kirk, Obama is not a Muslim-socialist, he is a golfer!!
