Hi This is an appeal to all my ukulele AND Banjolele friends and performers in the UK. As most of you will know there is to be a massive ukulele festival in the north on the 13th and 14th of this month. GNUF. ( if you didnt, where have you been??????) Sometimes we take things for granted that these events just happen. However, if it werent for people like Barry Maz with the NUkefest earlier this year and Mary Agnes Krell for the forthcoming fest putting a huge amount of preparation, and more importantly, paying up front out of their own pockets, these events would not happen. If you have booked your ticket, I applaud you but did you book that workshop you were thinking about ? Do you live at a distance and you know someone who plays the Uke that could car pool with you ?
