Hi, This is reference to our service request no 10100832E10417 dated 29/01/2014 with Mobitech Bangalore We had raised a compliant with your authorized service center on 29/01/2014 pertaining to the defective ear phone which was given to Mobitech for replacement ,they took almost 25 days to give the replacement of the earphone that to was defective one ,twice they have given the defective earphone which was returned back to the on the same time Mobitech told me that the same defective earphone was been provided to them by SPICE RETAIL LIMITED itself . Till date the issue is not resolved, and they have refused to rectify the same. The earphone which they had provided was defective one and the same quality is available in open market for Rs 25/- Kindly let me know whether SPICE RETAIL LIMITED are giving defective spares or replacement with low quality. They refused to give the service engineer number also and to give proper replacement (They have wrongly mentioned as replaced done )We were been humiliated, ignored, misguided by SPICE RETAIL LIMITED We feel our complaints are been ignored by the deaf ears & we regret to be the consumer of SPICE RETAIL LIMITED for deficiency in services, harassment & for embarrassment. regards kumar
